1. Platform Nature
The Common Room with SMA (“TCR”) is an independent cultural, intellectual, and community platform. Membership and participation in TCR are governed by our Community Expectations.
2. Separation of Membership and Gatherings
Creating an account and joining the TCR online community is open to individuals who accept our community standards. However, joining the online community does not guarantee admission, seating, or entry to any curated in-person or virtual gathering. Gatherings have independent application, selection, and review processes.
3. Conduct and Content Standards
Members agree not to post abusive, discriminatory, commercial spam, defamatory, or unlawful material. TCR reserves the right to remove any post, comment, or account that violates these principles without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
Content published under Ideas & Perspectives remains the intellectual property of its respective authors, with a non-exclusive license granted to TCR to host, distribute, and format the work.
5. Modifications and Inquiries
