Join us for an experience built around reflection, fresh perspectives and conversations about what lies ahead. No two rooms are quite the same because no two gatherings bring the exact same people, thoughts and experiences.
Every gathering at The Common Room is structured around candid conversation, reciprocal listening, and respectful disagreement. We create an environment where participants can drop posturing, test raw hypotheses, and leave with new perspectives.
How does the selection process work?
Applications are reviewed by the TCR team to curate a deliberate mix of perspectives and backgrounds. If selected, you'll receive a confirmation email with full gathering details and attendance instructions.
Is applying guaranteeing a seat?
Not automatically. We intentionally cap the gathering at 40 seats (with 16 spots currently open for applications) so every voice can be heard. Applying does not guarantee selection.
Do I need to be a member of the online community to apply?
No, not necessarily. You can explore and apply for a gathering without first joining the online community. The two are different ways of being part of The Common Room.
